In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 60 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it. We do not charge a fee for processing data rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
10. Children's Privacy
The vk8a platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Age verification is carried out as part of the account registration and KYC process to ensure that all registered players meet the minimum age requirement.
