1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vk8a platform (available at vk8a.app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the vk8a Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the vk8a platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms and any subsequent amendments.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the vk8a platform, including visitors who browse without registering and fully registered players who deposit and wager real money on the platform's games and sports betting markets.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The vk8a platform is strictly intended for adults. To register and use vk8a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

vk8a employs age verification procedures as part of the registration and ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document — such as your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to verify your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To place bets, play casino games, or claim promotional offers on vk8a, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the vk8a platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points where vk8a requests updated information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. vk8a strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify the vk8a support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. vk8a will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification

vk8a conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered accounts. These checks may be triggered at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, when the cumulative total of deposits exceeds a defined threshold, or at any other time at vk8a's discretion. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card, passport, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months), and, in some cases, a selfie with the identity document. Account withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vk8a accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB)
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to transactions conducted in BDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time; vk8a will communicate any changes to the payment method lineup via the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Deposit Rules

Deposits are generally credited to your vk8a account in real time for mobile wallet transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier section of your account. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name — deposits from accounts or cards belonging to third parties are not permitted and will result in the reversal of the deposit and a review of your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are published in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. vk8a aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any outstanding KYC requirements.

vk8a reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC check, a breach of these terms, or a technical issue affecting the payment processing system. In such cases, the vk8a support team will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected player.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and wagering activity on the vk8a platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with transactions on the vk8a platform; vk8a does not cover third-party transaction fees.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

vk8a offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (for example, 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before withdrawal is permitted). Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward satisfying a wagering requirement; games may be excluded or weighted differently as detailed in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vk8a reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, wagering on low-risk or excluded games solely to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting system errors or glitches to claim bonuses not legitimately earned, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be removed from your account balance automatically without notice.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

vk8a offers a variety of gaming and betting products, including live casino table games, slot machines, crash games, and sports betting markets covering cricket (including Bangladesh Premier League, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• All game outcomes on RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) are determined by certified random number generation software. Results cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome or a technical failure during a game round, vk8a's decision on the resolution is final and binding, subject to the complaint procedure described in Section 11.
• Bets placed on sports markets are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section. vk8a reserves the right to void bets where a market was opened or settled in error, or where the event is abandoned or otherwise does not meet the conditions required for settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed at the point of wagering. vk8a reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Players must not use external software, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house in any game or betting market.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vk8a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the vk8a platform (see Section 3.1).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the vk8a platform to transfer or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform function. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vk8a staff, live dealer personnel, or other players in any communication channel including live chat, email, or community forums.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the vk8a platform without authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the vk8a platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content provided by third-party game studios, text, and promotional materials — is the property of vk8a or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vk8a platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the vk8a platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the vk8a software or games.
• Use the vk8a brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context without explicit written authorisation from vk8a.
• Create derivative works based on vk8a content or game assets.

Game content (including game artwork, soundtracks, and mechanics) provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk8a and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the vk8a platform or any of its games or services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any of its features, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any loss of data, winnings, bonuses, or account balance resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond the reasonable control of vk8a.
• Decisions made by the platform's game outcome systems, random number generators, or sportsbook settlement engines that are consistent with the published game rules and these Terms & Conditions.

vk8a makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. vk8a will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your vk8a account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Once your account is closed, access to historical game records, transaction history, and bonus activity will no longer be available through the player interface, though vk8a retains this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable record-keeping obligations.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by vk8a

vk8a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where vk8a determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, any funds associated with the prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Legitimate balances unrelated to the breach will be returned to the player via a verified payment method.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may use the vk8a self-exclusion tool, accessible from the account settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods may be set for a minimum of 24 hours up to a permanent exclusion. 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which vk8a operates. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the vk8a platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the vk8a customer support team by submitting a formal complaint in writing to the support email address.

vk8a aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 working days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, vk8a will provide information about alternative dispute resolution options available to the player.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. vk8a's decisions on game outcomes and bonus settlements, made in accordance with published rules and these Terms & Conditions, are final and binding unless reversed through the formal dispute resolution procedure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

vk8a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vk8a will notify registered players by sending a notification to the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or as soon as reasonably practicable in the case of urgent updates required to address security vulnerabilities, regulatory requirements, or legal obligations.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available at vk8a.app/terms-conditions. The date at the top of the document will reflect when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the vk8a platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.1.

vk8a recommends that all registered players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates that may affect their rights and obligations when using the platform.
